Fit Track is a company in partnership with Momentum Health, that provides Road Cycling training plans catering for cyclists from beginners to racing levels. Their training plans are designed by professional, experienced coaches, and tailor made to your level of fitness.

Fit Track offers Training Plans, Professional Coaches, Health and Fitness, Competitions, Momentum Health, Healthier Hearts, Duathlon Series.

Fit Track Training:

  • Road RACER – INTERMEDIATE ‘PEAK’ (4 weeks)
  • Base Training INTERMEDIATE – (4 weeks)
  • Road RACER – ADVANCED ‘PEAK’ (4 week)
  • Base Training ADVANCED (4 weeks)
  • 8 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – NOVICE
  • 8 Weeks to your first 100km Cycle Race – ABSOLUTE BEGINNER
  • 8 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – INTERMEDIATE
  • 8 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – ADVANCED
  • 12 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – NOVICE
  • 12 Weeks to your FIRST 100km Cycle Race – BEGINNER
  • 12 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – INTERMEDIATE 1
  • 12 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – INTERMEDIATE 2
  • 12 Weeks to your 100km Cycle Race – ADVANCED
