The Wilro Lions Cycle Challenge 2012 is a fundraising project organized by the Wilro Park Roodepoort Lions Club, and will be held at the Tarlton International Raceway between Magaliesburg and Krugersdorp. Entries for this Road Event close at 23:00 on 4 April 2012.

All the Online Entries for the The Wilro Lions Cycle Challenge 2012 will go into a draw for a two night weekend breakaway to the 4 Star Random Harvest Country Cottages in Muldersdrift, with breakfast included.

The Great Brak Grabadoo is a fun race for the whole family, at Great Brak, the Garden Route, on the 31st of December, 2011. It it is the biggest cycle race in the Southern Cape at this time of the year, with on average 1000 participants every year. It is a scenic route through the picturesque area surrounding Great Brak River.

Participants can complete an entry form on gojipr.net and fax it to 086 729 2670, or enter at any Chas Everitt office in George, Greatbrak River, Oudtshoorn or Sedgefield.

Great Brak Grabadoo Event Details:

• Event Date – Saturday, 31 Dec 2011 (9th annual Great Brak Grabadoo).
• Road Runners or Walkers can enter to take part in the 4.8 / 9.6 km route.
• Mountain Bikers can choose 15, 35 and 70km routes.
• Road Bikers can choose between the 20 or 40km routes.
• Each participant receives a medal, South Magazine and Mithcum Product.

The Momentum 94.7 Children’s Cycle Challenge takes place on Saturday 12 November 2011, at the Waterfall Country Estate, Gauteng. It is a sub-event of the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge, and participants all receive a bag, medal, T-shirt and other goodies.

Momentum 94.7 Children’s Challenge Event Details:

• Venue – Waterfall Country Estate.
• Date – Saturday 12 November 2011.
• Starting Time – from 08h00.
• Categories – 2 to 6 years old – TBC; 7 and 8 years old – TBC; 9 and 10 years old – TBC.
• Routes – 800m for 2 – 6 years old, limited to 1000 entries; 2km for 7 – 8 years old, limited to 1000 entries; 5km for 9 – 10 years old, limited to 1000 entries.
• Event Date – Saturday, 12 November 2011.
• Entries Close – 17 October 2011.
• Entry fee – R95-00.
• Entrants will be started in batches according to their age group.
• MUST wear a Helmet.
• Lots of giveaways for all participants.
